SENDING CV BY E-MAIL
Purpose: To keep your CV on file with a view to participating in our staff selection processes.
Legitimate interest: The user’s consent upon providing us with their personal data and CV to be included in our staff selection processes.
Retention: During the staff selection process and for 1 year for future processes.
SIGNING UP TO OUR NEWSLETTER
Purpose: To send our commercial newsletter as well as informative and advertising communications about our products or services that you may be interested in, including by electronic means.
Legitimate interest: The user’s consent upon subscribing to our commercial e-mails and/or newsletters.
Retention: Until such time as the data subject withdraws consent and requests to unsubscribe from the service.
OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE US WITH YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF NOT DOING SO
You must be at least 14 years old to provide personal data, or, where applicable, have sufficient legal capacity to enter into contract.
