The most exciting and innovative show in recent years. Show and food like you’ve never experienced them before. An experience split into 3 incredible acts with non-stop music.
- First act: Get blown away by the incredible gastronomic options we’ve got in the world’s most spectacular Food Hall while enjoying the live performances.
- Second Act: Experience an impressive and thrilling show featuring the greatest hits and genres of all time, performed by a spectacular artistic cast in a way you’ve never seen before.
Third Act: After the show, continue the fun at an afterparty, where you’ll have the time of your life, enjoying more music and entertainment with DJs, live performances, and the city’s best cocktails.
Both shows are exactly the same, the only difference is the time. The matinee show starts at 13:00 and the evening show starts at 19:30.
The experience is suitable for all ages. However, for under 13s we recommend the matinee show at 13:00 because, in accordance with regulations, minors must leave the 19:30 session at 23:15 (at the end of the show; they can’t attend the aftershow).
* Alcohol consumption is not allowed for individuals under 18 years of age.
The performance space is designed for good visibility from anywhere, as, unlike in a theatre, there are no walls or columns getting in the way. So, when choosing a seat it comes down to whether you want to be in the centre, at the side or closer to the stage.
The VIP cielo is a “VIP” ticket holder space, with assigned tables for dinner and waiter service at the tables.
We don’t have access tickets like these; only full experience tickets: pre-show + show + aftershow.

It’s not the same. The stall table corresponds to a “table” ticket and not a “stall” ticket. Therefore, the stall table tickets will have the same benefits as the tables, even though they’re called “stall”, due to being located higher up in the theatre.
Yes, free cloakroom facilities are available throughout the experience.

Tickets can’t be changed, except for serious and justified reasons.
Tickets are non-refundable, only changes for justified serious reasons can be made.

We have the exclusive “family package” with free entry for 1 child for every adult, as long as they are 12 years of age or younger, valid for Saturday and Sunday matinee stall tickets.
Yes, adapted seating is available for people with reduced mobility. This ticket comes with entry for one companion per person.

Doors open at 19:30//13:00. From this time, attendees have around 1 hour before the show starts. Afterwards, at 21:10/15:10, the theatre doors will open for the show.
There is no dress code to enter the show.

You do not need to print anything, just show your ticket with the QR code on your mobile phone.
Animals and pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs.

The tickets that include table service are table tickets and VIP table tickets. Waiter service is available at the tables during the 2nd act (during the show). On the other hand, VIP tables have waiter service during the first and second acts.
We have two options to include food along with your ticket: acquire, on the day of the show, any product in our Food Hall and cielo VIP or, book VIP table menus beforehand by sending an email to email@example.com.
